We offer Classical Ballet for adults (beginners) on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. and Thursdays at 6:20 p.m. and an Intermediate class on Thursdays at 7:30 p.m.
Here we learn the movements of classical dance. The muscles and posture, mobility and coordination skills are promoted, so that the course is also a perfect workout for the whole body.
